I'm completely new to yoga. Where should I start?
Start with the $59 new-student month — unlimited classes for 30 days so you can try every style and find what fits. If you'd rather ease in, your first single class is just $22. Tell the teacher it's your first time and they'll keep an eye on you.
What does 'hot' actually mean — how hot is the room?
Our heated classes (like Hot Flow Zen and Hot Pilates) run warm — around 95°F — to loosen muscles and help you sweat. If heat isn't your thing, we also teach unheated Vinyasa, Pilates, BikVin, and HIIT. There's a class for everyone.
What should I bring and wear?
Wear light, breathable clothing you can move in. Bring water and a towel, especially for heated classes. We have mats and props at the studio, so just bring yourself. Eat lightly an hour or two before a hot class.
Is the studio really toxin-free?
Yes. We clean Casa D with non-toxic, plant-based products and skip synthetic fragrances. So many people have developed sensitivities to chemicals and scents — we want a room where everyone can breathe easy and just move.
What classes do you offer?
Hot Flow Zen (our signature heated vinyasa), Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Pilates, Pilates, BikVin (cycle + yoga), HIIT, and one-on-one Private Sessions. We also run teacher training, workshops, and retreats throughout the year.
Can I practice if I have an injury or I'm not very flexible?
Absolutely — flexibility is something you build, not a requirement to start. Every class has options for every body, and our teachers offer modifications. If you're working around an injury, a Private Session is a great way to begin safely.

What are your membership and cancellation policies?
Autopay memberships are ongoing monthly agreements; to cancel, email us at least 5 days before your next charge. Freezes are available from 7 to 30 days. Class packages expire 6 months from purchase. We don't offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers — which is exactly why we keep the intro offers low-risk.
